For my Brother Lee

Another sleepless night,

my mind,

it's crying.

I'm lying awake,

I'm begging for sleep,

Lord knows

I'm trying.

Deep down,

I'm begging for truth,

but heart's are lying.

While,

another second of Life ticks by;

leaving

another second,

closer to dying.

*                  *                  *               *                    *

And,

as the world spins,

faster and faster,

there's

more bodies strewn,

in havoc & disaster;

and,

there's only one way

to come into this Life,

but

oh,

so many ways to go......
